I am not having troubles with the electrons or the bonds or the balancing of charges, the trouble is with the placement of the elements. Is there a set of rules to follow for that? Thank you in advance for your help, Bill Huffman Mt San Antonio College CA

I am currently enrolled in 1202 Chem...I have been into the Tutorial Room only to find that no one is there...I have also tried to find help on the LSU Science Pages only to find that all the pages I need for Acid/Base reactions are under construction...I have a full schedule...a full time life with children and a home and it has been VERY FRUSTRATING to seek out the help I need only to find NONE...I would like some explanation as to what is happening in this department for the Spring of 1999??? keeping the tutorial room full of tutors and keeping web-pages updated and available doesn't seem to be a priority...I am dissapointed. I was just wondering how the pages are supposed to help students when the information is unavailabe. I have tried to access tutorials and teacher homepages and haven't been able to due to either page construction or the fact that Kolniak doesn't have one. Also when trying to access Chem 1202 information the chapters listed are different than the ones we are covering. This may just be to chapter number error, but I couldn't access the pages anyway because they are under construction. I do believe the web site could and would be helpful to students if it were complete.

Lucid is very very very very cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why no old exams for 2001?

February 4 1998

I can't find any old exams for Chemistry 2262. It would really be appreciated if you could put old exams(even if they are Very Old) in the Old Exams. Thank you!!

I hope you get the 1202 tutorials on line soon. I was hoping to get a head start on the materials, but I had trouble understanding Chapter 10 in the book. Thank you.

I like your lucid site. It is very helpful and informative. Also, the times and locations of the final exams are a nice touch.

This web-site has been really helpful. If I don't know how to work a problem, I can usually find out how by using either the Tutorials or the Help site.

This site is very helpful and provides easy and superfast access to Chemistry info. Dennis Sonnier

I find this site very helpful, especially because classes are too big. This provides me with a way to get things and questions answered and not disturb class. It also helps me because sometimes I may not have time to visit a professor at office hours and first class provides the second best thing to that. I've used practically everything from old exams, homework, first class, class info, etc. I find it a very helpful site. First class gives me the personal attention that is lacking in lecture classes. RE: Course 2060 - Organic Chemistry
Section 1
Instructor: Mr. Gary Lyon

I would like to request that there be Internet information for this course section. I have checked the Chemistry site completely and have found nothing pertaining to my class. Class notes and old exams would be wonderful. I realize that this course is being taught by a new instructor, but I would like old class notes and exams from previous instructors if they are available. Please help! Thank you.
