Where Do I Go to Get Help?

You can receive help from several locations on campus or from your own home. Check the list below for the site that is most convenient for you. Help Locations Tutoring Locations on Campus Your instructor The Chemistry Department Tutor Room The Center for Academic Success Help from Off-campus Locations Email your instructor On Campus Tutoring There are three different ways you can get help in Chemistry on the LSU campus: contact your instructor, visit the Chemistry Department Tutor Room, or visit the Center for Academic Success. Your Instructor You can either visit your instructor at his/her office during office hours or email your instructor from a computer located on campus. To find out your instructor's office hours or email address click here The Chemistry Department Tutor Room - 136 Choppin Hall The hours of operation for the Tutor Room are 1:00 - 6:00 PM Monday thru Thursday 1:00 - 3:00 PM Friday FREE tutors are available for both General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. The Center for Academic Success Tutor Room - B-29 Coates Hall The Center for Academic Success at LSU has FREE tutors available for General Chemistry; check the CAS  Homepage for the latest tutoring schedule.
